You can contact us by phone by calling Heidi's cell phone at (909) 331-2090. Don't be surprised if she answers with a simple "Hello!" or "Hello, this is Heidi!"
(Please try not to call during school hours (September to June) while she is teaching - 8:00 AM. - 2:15 Pacific Standard Time. Best time to call during the school year: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST.
June 22-August 18th: Call anytime from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST! When you leave a message, please let me know the time zone that you are in so that I may return your call at an appropriate time.
Shipping & Order Delivery
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive, especially during the school year. Most orders are shipped via First Class, larger orders are shipped Priority Mail. We’ll be offering upgraded shipping options again soon, until then you can contact Heidi when you make your order and ask for faster delivery.

If you do not hear back from Heidi within a few days, please resend your email. We sometimes have technical difficulties with our internet connection, and on rare occasions, emails are lost.
